Our vision is to flood the earth with light.
Our mission is to provide professional development to people of faith involved in creating uplifting writing, art, music, and media.

One-on-One Mentoring Program
Our paid mentoring program pairs beginning professionals and creators with experts who can help them navigate their career and improve their work. Mentors receive modest compensation for their time.
Our pilot mentoring exchange in summer 2023 resulted in 28 mentor-mentee pairings. Applications for our next mentoring exchange will open in early 2024.
